Chocolate Souffle

 I made chocolate souffle for the first time ever! It was easy and DELICIOUS!! Make some tonight. Trust me, it won't disappoint.

    Chocolate Souffle:
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 ounces semisweet chocolate
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 tablespoon cornstarch
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1. Melt butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat.
2. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Whisk eggs and egg yolks.
3. Add butter and chocolate to the sugar. Stir in the eggs and mix well. Chill overnight.
4. Scoop into four to five ramekins (secret: spray with cooking spray and add a light coating of sugar inside)
5. Bake 15-20 minutes. Be careful not to overcook!!
6. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
